Profile Summary

Ikwezi Mining Limited is an Australia-based resource exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of coal. The Company is focused on advancing the development of coal projects in the KwaZulu Natal, Limpopo and Mpumalanga regions of South Africa. The Company holds an interest in Ntendeka Colliery, which is located in Northern KwaZulu Natal. The Ntendeka Colliery covers an area of approximately 12,182 hectares. The Company's coal wash plant has a monthly design capacity of over 170,000 tons run of mine (ROM) per month, expandable to approximately 340,000 tons ROM with the addition of a second module. It contains primary and secondary crushers, which are designed to process approximately 400,000 tons ROM per month. Its subsidiaries include Naledi Holding Ltd, Naledi Investments Ltd, Ikwezi Mining Services Pty Ltd and Ikwezi Mining (Pty) Ltd.
