 * HCL has continued not to make any payments to IRL despite the direction from 
   the court" 
 * "IRL constantly struggled to get Hindustan Copper to adhere to terms of 
   contracting agreement and recognise a number of legitimate claims" 
 * Hcl has continued not to make any payments to irl despite the direction from 
   the court 
 * If hcl is unwilling to comply with requests, IRL may be forced to suspend 
   operations at surda mine and mosaboni concentrator by 9 June 2016" 
 * Hcl advised it is not accepting copper concentrate produced from mosaboni 
   concentrator forthwith, but without providing any reasonable explanation" 
 * Currently assessing operational and financial impact of events and potential 
   consequence of any cessation operations at Surda mine
