Profile Summary

Insr Insurance Group ASA, formerly Vardia Insurance Group ASA, is a Norway-based insurance company. It primarily sells and distributes insurance products in the private and small and medium enterprise (SME) markets in the Nordic countries. The distribution network comprises call centers, insurance agents and brokers, and price aggregators. The Company offers motor insurance, property and casualty insurance, pensions, reinsurance, life and non-life insurance products, and aquaculture, marine and cargo insurance. The Company is the parent company in the Group and operates as subsidiaries Vardia Norge AS, Insr Business Suport AS and Nemi Forsikring AS in Norway, Vardia Forsikringsagentur A/S in Denmark, and Vardia IT AB in Sweden.
