The Restructuring Advisory division is involved in providing funding and corporate recovery services to customers. The Restructuring Division includes restructuring advisory, financial advisory, creditor services, pensions advisory and forensic accounting. Tax Advisory division is involved in providing technical taxation advice, including research and development tax claims and support with HMRC investigations, to customers. Tax Advisory division includes research and development tax credit advisory, tax investigations and tax planning.
