It operates through four segments: Production and Sales of Beer, Production and Sales of Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Sales of Own Brands and Operation of Beverage shops. The Company's subsidiares include Erfrischungs-Getraenke Union Kulmbucher Gruppe GmbH, Kulmbacher Getraenke Beteiligungs-GmbH & Co KG, Bad Brambacher Mineralquellen GmbH & Co Betriebs KG, Scherdel Bier GmbH & Co KG, Markgrafen-Getraenkevertrieb GmbH, Braustolz GmbH, Sterquell-Brauerei GmbH and Wuerzburger Hofbraeu GmbH.
