Marshall Motor Holdings PLC is a United Kingdom-based automotive retail company. The Company operates through the retail segment, which includes sales of new and used vehicles, together with the associated ancillary aftersales services; servicing, body shop repairs and parts sales. It operates approximately 119 franchises covering 24 brands, operating from approximately 96 locations across 28 counties in England. In addition, it operates six trade parts specialists, two used car centers, six standalone body shops and one pre-delivery inspection center. The Company’s dealership brands include Audi, BMW, Ford, Honda, KIA, Maserati, Mercedes Benz, Skoda, Volkswagen, Volvo, Nissan and Land Rover.
