    April 19 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100  .FTSE  index is
seen opening 2 points lower at 7,018 on Monday, according to

    * MELROSE : Melrose Industries  MRON.L  said it has agreed
to sell its Nortek Air Management business for about 2.62
