Notice of Changes in Subsidiaries (Conversion into Specified Subsidiary)
Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) hereby announces the following change regarding its subsidiaries.
1. Change
On March 24, MC acquired Eneco Groep N.V. ("Eneco") through Diamond Chubu Europe B.V., a consolidated subsidiary in which MC owns an 80% share. As a result of this acquisition, Eneco is now also a consolidated subsidiary of MC. Furthermore, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Eneco, Eneco Wind Holding N.V. (EWBH) now comprises more than 10% of MC's capital stock, satisfying the condition for it to become a specified subsidiary of MC.
