Profile Summary
National Bankshares, Inc. is the holding company of The National Bank of Blacksburg, which does business as National Bank (the Bank), and of National Bankshares Financial Services, Inc. The Bank offers a full range of retail and commercial banking services to individuals, businesses, non-profits and local governments. Its 24 banking locations are located across southwest Virginia, and three loan production offices are located in Roanoke, Charlottesville, and Staunton, Virginia. It offers telephone, mobile and internet banking, and it operates 22 automated teller machines in its service area. The Bank is focused on lending to small and mid-sized businesses and individuals. The Bank’s loan types include commercial and agricultural, commercial real estate, construction for commercial and residential properties, residential real estate, home equity and various consumer loan products. Its deposit products include interest-bearing and non-interest-bearing demand deposit accounts and others.
