Notice of General Meeting

 

Net Zero Infrastructure Plc, a special purpose acquisition company formed with
the intention to acquire renewable or clean energy technology companies and to
finance, develop and promote those environmentally sound projects
internationally, announces that it will be holding a General Meeting at 11.00
a.m. on 16 June 2026 at The Army & Navy Club, 36 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y
5JN.

 

The Notice of General Meeting is today being posted to Shareholders and is
available on the Company's website at: https://nziplc.com (https://nziplc.com)

 

This General Meeting is called to address matters relating to the RTO
previously announced on 22 May 2025. In order to progress the RTO, the Company
needs to raise pre-IPO funding to cover professional fees and as such proposes
to pass resolutions to allow this fundraise.
