March 8 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1400 GMT on Monday:

    ** Apollo Global  APO.N  said it would buy Athene Holding
ATH.N in an all-stock deal valuing the annuities provider at
about $11 billion, making it the private equity firm's first
major deal after co-founder Leon Black stepped down as CEO.*:nL4N2L62U8
    ** Panasonic Corp  6752.T  will buy U.S. software firm Blue
Yonder for 700 billion yen ($6.45 billion), the Nikkei reported,
saying it was the Japanese electronics firm's biggest

    ** McAfee Corp  MCFE.O  said it would sell its enterprise
business to a consortium led by Symphony Technology Group for $4
billion in cash, sending the cybersecurity firm's shares up

    **  DuPont  DD.N  said it would buy Laird Performance
Materials for $2.3 billion from private equity firm Advent
International, as it looks to expand its portfolio of advanced
electronic materials that is used in areas such as smart and

    **  Quantum computing company IonQ Inc said it will go
public through a merger with a blank-check firm in a deal that
gives the combined company a pro-forma market capitalisation of

    ** Bill Gates-backed crowd safety technology provider Evolv
Technology will go public through a merger with a blank-check
company in a deal that values the equity of the combined company

Equity Partners will buy the learning software company for

    ** The Agnelli family's investment holding company Exor
 EXOR.MI  will buy a 25% stake in luxury shoemaker Louboutin for

    ** Abacai Group, the insurance technology firm recently
formed by former Aviva boss Mark Wilson and Sun Capital Partners

agreed to raise its stake in Rimac Automobili to 24%, the
companies said, in a deal that values the Croatian electric

    ** South Africa's Massmart  MSMJ.J  plans to sell its food
retail outlets Cambridge Food, Rhino and fruit and vegetable
