Yvonne Monaghan, Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 139 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following these transactions, Ms Monaghan's interest in the Company is 55,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03% of the Company's total voting rights.
