Profile Summary

Pepper Group Limited is an Australia-based financial services company. The Company is a specialist residential mortgage and consumer lender and loan servicer. It offers a range of lending products across residential mortgages, auto and equipment finance, point of sale finance and personal loans. It operates through divisions, including Australia and New Zealand Division, and International Division. The Company provides loan servicing for its own originated loans, as well as for third-party originated loans, including residential mortgages, consumer unsecured and secured loans, as well as commercial real estate backed loans. It also provides residential prime and non-confirming mortgage lending. The Company, through Pepper Property Group, operates as an independent real estate investment adviser that provides integrated property and capital solutions for corporations, investors and developers. It has operations in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Spain, South Korea, Hong Kong and China.
