Pressure Technologies plc is a United Kingdom-based holding company. The Company is engaged in designing and manufacturing of safety-critical components and systems serving global supply chains in oil and gas, defense, industrial and hydrogen energy markets. It has two divisions: Cylinders and Precision Machined Components (PMC). The Cylinders segment is engaged in the design, manufacture and reconditioning of seamless high pressure gas cylinders. The Precision Machined Components segment is engaged in the manufacture of specialized, precision engineered valve wear parts used primarily in the oil and gas industries. It serves a range of markets, which include oil and gas, defense, industrial, and hydrogen energy markets. Its subsidiaries include Al-Met Limited, Chesterfield Special Cylinders Limited (CSC), CSC Deutschland GmbH, Chesterfield Special Cylinders Inc, Quadscot Precision Engineers Limited, Martract Limited, PT Precision Machined Components Limited and others.
