PTB Group Limited (PTB) is focused on providing services in relation to the Pratt & Whitney PT6A and Honeywell TPE331 light turbine engines repair and overhaul business based at Brisbane, Australia. The Company is engaged in the trading operations in Australia, and internationally in aircraft airframes, turbine engines and related parts; provision of finance for aircraft and turbine engines sold to customers, and the lease, rental, or hire of aircraft and turbine engines to customers. The Company operates through four segments: PTB, which covers the operations of the holding company PTB Group Limited specializing in PT6 and TPE331 Turboprop engines; Pacific Turbine USA, which covers the operations of Pacific Turbine USA Pty Ltd, specializing in PT6 Turboprop engines; IAP, which includes the operations of the IAP Group Australia Pty Ltd, trading in aircraft, jet aircraft engines, airframes and related parts, and Emerald, which covers the operation of PTB (Emerald) Pty Ltd.
