Profile Summary

Redflex Holdings Limited provides traffic enforcement products and services; develops enforcement camera technology, and owns and operates a network of digital speed and red-light. The Company develops and manufactures a range of digital photo enforcement solutions, including speed, automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) and school bus stop arm systems, using advanced sensor and image capture technologies. Its segments include The Americas and Australia/International (which comprises all other business, outside of The Americas). The Australia/International Traffic business involves the sale of traffic enforcement products. The Company runs its own systems engineering operations, system integration technologies and innovation center for research and development. Its subsidiaries include Redflex Traffic Systems Pty Ltd, which focuses on the Australian and International markets, and Redflex Traffic Systems Inc., which is based in the United States, and focuses on the Americas.
