Profile Summary
Resources Global Development Limited is a Singapore-based coal trader and coal shipping company. The Company's Coal Trading business is carried out mainly through its subsidiary, PT Deli Niaga Sejahtera (PT DNS). Its main trading product is thermal coal, which the Company procures from coal mines located in South Kalimantan, Indonesia, for domestic and export sales. The Company operates its Coal Shipping Services, through its subsidiary, PT Deli Pratama Angkutan Laut (PT DPAL), which covers mainly domestic shipping routes between coal mines located in South Kalimantan, to the Java and Sulawesi islands in Indonesia. Its Coal Shipping Services comprise chartering services and transshipment services. PT DPAL owns a fleet of approximately 14 Indonesian-flagged vessels, comprising over 13 tugboats and 13 accompanying barges, as well as one bulk carrier, with an aggregate estimated carrying capacity of 156,000 deadweight tons (dwt).
