It is principally engaged in the development and sale of residential and commercial properties. The Company operates through three segments, including the Hotel ownership segment, which relates to ownership of hotel; the Property development segment, which relates to the development of properties for sale; the Property investment segment, which relates to the business of investing in properties to earn rentals and for capital appreciation. The Company owns over 50 retail shops at The Roxy Square Shopping Centre in Singapore. In Australia, it owns a 28-story freehold commercial building at 59 Goulburn Street, Sydney, which is strategically located in the central business district (CBD) area, and an interest in a 14-story, freehold, commercial building at 117 Clarence Street in Sydney's CBD.
