Rush Factory Oyj is a Finland-based international experience factory that develops and implements event and experience concepts. The Company's business model challenges the industry's traditional operating models by solving typical problems in the area of event production, for example the reduction of the risks and costs caused by outsourcing and by being independent of, for example, the venue or the performer. The Group's Parent Company is Rush Factory Oyj. The Company has four subsidiaries: Funrun Finland Oy, which operates as the Group's production Company, which designs, develops and maintains event equipment and accessories as well as rents equipment to other companies for events, VE Volkslauf Events GmbH, which acts as the Group's production Company and produces events in the German, French and Austrian markets, Funrun Events UK Ltd, which produces the Company's events in the UK market, and EBHOLD Sp zoo, engaged in the event production for the Polish market.
