On 15 August 2019, the Company was notified that Aaron Harris, who is a member of the Executive Committee of the Company, sold 66,543 Ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company at a price of 698.7715 pence per share. Following this sale, the resultant total shareholding of Aaron Harris is 207,914 Ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company.
