 * Chi-X said to be exploring sale valuing company at $400 million -Bloomberg, 
   citing sources 
 * Chi-X global holdings, a stock market operator owned by Nomura Holdings is 
   exploring a sale that could fetch as much as $400 million -Bloomberg 
 * Nomura and its co-investors are working with Moelis & co. to sell Chi-X, 
   which operates venues in Australia, Canada and Japan -Bloomberg 
 * Chi-X has drawn interest from potential buyers including Nasdaq OMX Group Inc 
   and Singapore Exchange Ltd - bloomberg 
 * The sale process was triggered after chi-X received unsolicited offers for 
   the company -Bloomberg 
 * Chi-X's owners are focused on selling the company as a whole but may also
