Notice of 2026 AGM and Posting of Annual Report & Accounts

Strip Tinning Holdings plc (AIM: STG), a leading UK based supplier of
specialist connection systems for battery modules and automotive glazing
applications, announces that it has today published and posted copies of the
Company's Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting.

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00am on 16 June
2026 at the offices of Singer Capital Markets at 1 Bartholomew
Lane, London, EC2N 2AX.

 

The voting results will be published on the website after the meeting has
finished.
