Profile Summary

Think Childcare Limited is engaged in operating childcare centers. The Company provides childcare services. The Company is focused on providing a professional and nurturing family type environment that supports its children through their emotional, social and physical development. It also prepares children for their transition to the school system through government approved Kindergarten programs, providing them with the foundational skills they need for school readiness. The Company offers specifically designed programs to manage all aspects of a child's development through stimulating and nurturing experiences through a play-based learning curriculum. The Company owns, manages and operates long day childcare facilities in Australia for children between the ages of six weeks and six years old. The Company owns and manages over 78 centers across Australia. The Company's subsidiaries include Baker Street Childcare Education Pty Ltd and Childcare Management Services Pty Ltd.
