Asset Value Investors (AVI) publishes open letter to directors of Third Point Investors "VoteCo"
 
Asset Value Investors (AVI), on behalf of institutional clients, has been a shareholder in Third Point Investors (LSE:TPOU) for almost four years and currently owns in excess of 10% of the Ordinary Shares. 
We have today sent a letter to the directors of Third Point Offshore Independent Voting Company Limited ("VoteCo"), the entity controlling 40% of the voting rights of TPOU, requesting that they sign our proposed requisition of the board of directors of TPOU to convene a general meeting.
