Changes of Director responsibilities

 

Pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.6(3)R Travis Perkins plc (the "Company") makes
the following announcement:

 

Marianne Culver, an existing Non-executive Director, has been appointed as a
member of the Nominations Committee with effect from 21 May 2026.  The Board
has reviewed and approved the change.

 

There are no other details to be disclosed under UK Listing Rule 6.4.6(3)R.
