Change of Auditor

Trifast (LSE: Main Market symbol: TRI) has completed a formal tender process
to appoint a new external audit firm. As a result of this process, the Board
has accepted the resignation of its current auditor BDO LLP, and, with
immediate effect, approved the appointment of RSM UK Audit LLP (RSM) as its
new external auditor for the year ending 31 March 2025. RSM is currently
completing the regulatory clearance process in relation to their appointment.

 

Shareholder approval to confirm the appointment of RSM as the Group's external
auditor will be sought from Trifast shareholders at the 2025 Annual General
Meeting in September 2025.

 

In accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, BDO LLP has
deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no matters to
be brought to the attention of the Company's shareholders or creditors. This
statement will be submitted to the FCA document viewing facility at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
(https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism) and, it will also be
uploaded to the Company's website at Trifast plc | Governance
(https://www.trfastenings.com/investors/governance) .
