Union Steel Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company's segments include Metals, Scaffolding and Engineering. The Metals segment is engaged in import and export of scrap metals, trading and leasing of metal products. The Scaffolding segment is engaged in provision of scaffolding services and related consultancy services. The Engineering segment is engaged in civil construction and engineering work, manufacturing of motor vehicle bodies and sale and rental of marine deck equipment. It offers a range of steel products, such as reinforcement steel bars, H-beams, I-beams, pipes, steel plates and sheet piles. The Company also offers a range of specialized load handling equipment and components, including truck-mounted cranes, tailgate systems and waste compactors. Its subsidiaries include Union Steel Pte Ltd, YLS Steel Pte Ltd, Transvictory Winch System Pte Ltd, Hock Ann Metal Scaffolding Pte Ltd and Megafab Engineering Pte Ltd.
