The strategic land segment includes serviced, consented land, and mixed-use development and promotion sites. Its strategic properties and projects include Alconbury Weald, Wintringham Park and Waterbeach in Cambridgeshire, Houlton in Rugby, Middlebeck in Newark, Manydown in Basingstoke and Tyttenhanger. Its commercial properties include Renaissance Hotel Site in Manchester, Manchester New Square, Wolverhampton Westside, The Club Alconbury and the Incubator. The Company's portfolio represents over 40,000 consented and anticipated homes, with approximately eight million square feet of employment space, associated schools, open space and community facilities. Through its Catesby division, the Company is engaged in strategic land promotion and infrastructure business.
