Profile Summary
Valor Resources Limited is an Australia-based diversified exploration company. The Company is focused on its uranium and rare earths portfolio in Canada. The Company has a right to earn an 80% working interest in the Hook Lake Uranium Project, which is located approximately 60 kilometers (km) east of the Key Lake Uranium Mine in northern Saskatchewan. It covers over 25,846 hectares (258 km2), 16 contiguous mineral claims host several prospective areas of uranium mineralization. It has a 100% interest in Cluff Lake Uranium Project, which is located seven km east of the Cluff Lake Uranium Mine and consists of 19 contiguous mineral claims covering approximately 57,499 hectares (575 km2) in northern Saskatchewan. It also has six additional projects within the Athabasca Basin with a 100% interest in 18 mineral claims covering over 16,897 hectares (169km2) at the Hidden Bay Project, Surprise Creek Project, Pendleton Lake Project, Beatty River Project, Smitty Project and Lorado Project.
