VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities completes $4m acquisition of four projects in Brazil
 
VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities plc - a £243m London-listed Investment company advised by Victory Hill Capital Advisors LLP - is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of the first $4m tranche out of its $63m commitment.
The initial tranche will fund the construction of four projects across Rio de Janeiro, which once operational will provide 5MW of energy to a combination of local communities and regional utilities.
This acquisition was first announced upon signing of the purchase agreement on 28 May 2021.
