Posting of Annual Report & Financial Statements and Notice of AGM

Volvere plc (AIM: VLE), the growth and turnaround investment company,
announces that yesterday it has posted to shareholders hard copies (for those
shareholders who have not elected to receive electronic communication from the
Company) of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year
ended 31 December 2025, together with notice of its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") which will be held at 12.00 p.m. on Wednesday 17 June 2026 at Marriott
Harrison LLP, 80 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6EE.

Copies of these documents are now available on the Company's
