    Sept 23 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Monday:
    ** Vivendi is taking legal action against Mediaset's plans
to reshape its future after deciding to hold on to its stake in
the Italian broadcaster after a deadline to sell expired.
    ** Oxford Immunotec Global Plc  OXFD.O , a medical
diagnostics company that develops tests to identify
tuberculosis, is exploring strategic alternatives, including a
potential sale, people familiar with the matter said.
    ** European private equity firm Ambienta SGR said it had
agreed to sell Italian hydraulic components specialist Safim to

    ** Hyundai Motor Group will invest $1.6 billion in a joint
venture to develop self-driving vehicle technologies with Aptiv

potential merger and acquisition options for Banca Monte dei

independent hotels in Germany for an undisclosed sum, as the
company expands in Europe as part of its focus on the hotel

    ** Canada's First Quantum Minerals Ltd  FM.TO  confirmed it
was in talks with China-based Jiangxi Copper Co Ltd  600362.SS 
for a potential sale of a minority interest in its Zambian

after its collapse, the company's second-largest shareholder

of up to five months into its bid for a controlling stake in the

join Bain Capital in its takeover bid for Germany's Osram

said it is buying a majority stake in Swedish peer Hembla from a

    ** Malaysian private equity firm Navis Capital Partners has
began a sale process for Modern Star, the Australian education
supplier it bought in 2014, seeking over A$800 million ($542.2

 SPD.L  said it had made a 5-pence-a-share offer for Goals
Soccer Centres  GOAL.L , the struggling football pitch operator
that said last month it had misstated historical accounts.
    ** German residential property company Vonovia  VNAn.DE 
said it agreed with Vega Holdco, a subsidiary of investment firm
Blackstone  BX.N , on the acquisition of 69.3% of Swedish peer
Hembla, subject to clearance by Swedish antitrust

said on Sunday it was not interested in acquiring struggling Oi

Saturday that it reached an agreement with Spanish firm Prisa to
