Profile Summary

Warrego Energy Limited, formerly Petrel Energy Limited, is an Australia-based petroleum exploration, development and production company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of oil and gas resources. The Company is focused on identifying and pursuing early-stage quality and material energy assets where the Company can leverage off its competencies. It has operations in Australia, the United States, Canada, Uruguay and Spain. The Norte Basin project is located in Uruguay and consists of two concessions, Piedra Sola and Salto, covering 14,000 square kilometers, which are held under separate production sharing contracts. The Betic Alps project located in Spain, targets conventional sandstone gas reservoirs in approximately 94,000 acres in Southern Spain. The Lochend Cardium project located in Alberta, Canada, targets tight oil approximately 6,400 acres in the Cardium region outside of Calgary. The Company's subsidiary is Schuepbach Energy International LLC.
