Woodside Petroleum Limited is an Australia-based petroleum exploration and production company. The Company is engaged in hydrocarbon business with a focus on liquefied natural gas (LNG). The Company operates through three segments: Producing , Development and Other segments. Producing segment includes North West Shelf Project, Pluto LNG , Australia Oil and Wheatstone. Development segment comprises of exploration, evaluation and development of liquefied natural gas, crude oil and condensate in the Browse, Scarborough, Kitimat, Sunrise and Sangomar projects. Other segment comprises of trading and shipping activities and activities undertaken in other international locations.
