PDMR Notification

 

accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions
provider to leisure, entertainment, hospitality, attractions and cultural
markets, was notified on 29 February 2024 that, Steve Brown, Chief Executive
Officer sold 55,977 ordinary shares at an average price of 535p. This sale,
combined with the sales of shares announced on 26 February 2024, concludes his
selling to cover taxes resulting from his exercise announced on 8 August 2023.

 

Following the sale to cover taxes Steve Brown will hold 1,084,364 ordinary
shares representing 2.6% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
