Profile Summary
Bango PLC (Bango) is a subscription bundling and digital payment solution provider. The Company offers online merchants, including Amazon, Google, Microsoft and others, to use Bango technology to acquire more paying users. It is engaged in the development, marketing and sale of technology that enables the marketing and sale of products. Its Digital Vending Machine (DVMTM) is software technology that allows content providers to sell their subscription services through indirect channels. The DVM is a platform sold in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. It enables content providers to sell subscriptions as bundles to consumers, through a third-party channel such as a telco or bank. Its Bango Payments enables content providers to offer their users alternative payment methods, such as telco billing (Direct Carrier Billing: DCB) and digital wallets. It serves various industries, including retail, telecoms, employee benefits, finance-wallets and cards and finance-banking, and others.
