Posting of Annual Report and Accounts 2023

 

Bowleven announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30
June 2023 ('Report and Accounts'), containing a notice convening the 2023
Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), was posted to shareholders on 15 November
2023.

 

The AGM will be held at 10 a.m. (UK time) on Wednesday, 6 December 2023 at The
Office Group, Borough Yards, 13 Dirty Lane, London, SE1 9PA.
