2023 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

 

 

Carclo plc (the "Company or Carclo") announces that it has published its full
Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 and Notice of
2023 Annual General Meeting which is to be held at 11.30 am Thursday 31 August
2023 at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street,
London, EC1Y 4AG.

 

In order to ensure that Shareholders are able to follow the proceedings of the
Annual General Meeting, the Company will also provide access to an online
audio and presentation link, accessible via the online Investor Meet Company
platform.  Shareholders that wish to follow the proceedings of the General
Meeting virtually should register for the event in advance via the following

note that Shareholders will not be able to vote at the Annual General Meeting
