PDMR Dealings

CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services,
announces that it was notified today that David Wilton, Non-executive Director
of the Company, purchased a total of 5,500 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares").

As a result, Mr Wilton's total interest in the Company is now 5,500 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.0077% per cent of the total voting rights of the
