NEWS RELEASE 14 JULY 2023

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR

GreenX Metals Limited (GreenX or the Company) advises that UHY Haines Norton
(UHY) has been appointed as auditor of the Company, with effect from today.
This appointment follows the resignation of Ernst & Young and ASIC's
consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act
2001.

The appointment of UHY follows a review of the Company's external audit
arrangements and the Board selected UHY based upon their expertise in both the
Australian and Polish markets. The Board would like to take this opportunity
to thank Ernst & Young for its past assistance and services rendered to
the Company.

In accordance with s327C of the Corporations Act 2001, a resolution will be
put before shareholders at the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting, to
ratify the appointment of UHY as the Company's external auditor.
