Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") was informed on 22 February 2017 that Charlie Ridge (Chief Financial Officer of the Company) has been gifted 35,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration by his wife, Carol Ridge, and has sold those Ordinary Shares to Carol Ridge's ISA. In addition, Carol Ridge has sold 44,750 Ordinary Shares into her ISA.
