Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholding

Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has
received notification of the following transactions in ordinary shares in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
and persons closely associated with them.

Ian Simm, Chief Executive of the Company, has transferred 5,000 Ordinary
Shares to Natasha Simm, dependent daughter and person closely associated with
Ian Simm.
