Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") was informed on 15 June 2018 that Charlie Ridge (Chief Financial Officer of the Company) has been gifted 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration by his wife, Carol Ridge, and has sold those Ordinary Shares. In addition, Carol Ridge has sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares.
