Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholding
Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") was informed on 16 April 2018 that Ian Simm (Chief Executive of the Company) has been gifted 8,600 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration by his wife, Helen Dell, and has invested 8,572 Ordinary Shares into his ISA. The investment into the ISA has been effected through a sale by Ian Simm and subsequent purchase by the ISA.
In addition, Helen Dell has invested 8,778 Ordinary Shares into her ISA. The investment into the ISA has also been effected through a sale by Helen Dell and subsequent purchase by the ISA.
