Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
 
The Directors of Impax Asset Management Group plc ("Impax" or the "Company") announce that copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2020 including notice of the Company's AGM have been posted to shareholders.
An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts, Circular and Notice of AGM is available on the Company's website www.impaxam.com.
The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices, 7th floor, 30 Panton Street, London SW1Y 4AJ at 3.00 pm on 18 March 2021. By that time, the Company hopes that conditions relating to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic will have improved sufficiently such that it can welcome Shareholders to the meeting. The Directors and the senior management team appreciate the opportunity to meet with shareholders to present on the Company's progress and hear questions and feedback. However, the present situation is evolving and the safety of Shareholders is paramount. Nearer the time, the Directors will consider whether it is appropriate, and in compliance with Government guidelines, to invite Shareholders to join the AGM in person. The Company will notify Shareholders of the arrangements for the AGM through our website at www.impaxam.com and, where appropriate, by announcement made by a Regulatory Information Service.
