Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 21 March 2017 that Meryl Bushell, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 1,905 ordinary shares in the Company on 20 March 2017 at a price of 8.00 per share and at the same time acquired 1,899 ordinary shares via her ISA at 8.02 per share. Following the transactions Mrs Bushell's beneficial interest in the Company is 9,394 ordinary representing 0.05 per cent. of the total voting rights.
