The Company announces that it has been informed by Fabian French
(Non-Executive Director), that on 15 March 2023 Philippa French, a person
closely associated ("PCA") to Mr French, inherited 746 James Latham £1
preference shares ("Preference Shares"). Mr French therefore has a beneficial
interest in 5088 Preference Shares.
