RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

 

London, United Kingdom - 3 August 2023 - Landore Resources Limited (AIM: LND)
("Landore Resources" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the
Company's Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM"), held earlier today, the
special resolution as set out in the formal Notice of EGM dated 20 July 2023
was duly passed by shareholders. Accordingly, the new articles of
incorporation for the Company have now been adopted.
