PRE-EARNINGS GUIDANCE FOR 4Q 2023

(UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS)

 

LG Electronics Inc. (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce certain unaudited
operating statistics

of the Company and its subsidiaries (the ''Group'') for the 4th quarter of
2023 as follows.

 

In the 4th quarter of 2023, the Group's consolidated sales amounted to KRW
23,156.7 billion (as

compared to KRW 20,709.4 billion in 2023.3Q and KRW 21,857.5 billion in
2022.4Q), representing

a quarter-on-quarter increase of 11.8% (QoQ 11.8%) and a year-on-year increase
of 5.9% (YoY

5.9%).

 

The Group's consolidated operating income amounted to KRW 312.5 billion (as
compared to KRW

996.7 billion in 2023.3Q and KRW 69.3 billion in 2022.4Q), representing a
quarter-on-quarter

decrease of -68.6% (QoQ -68.6%) and a year-on-year increase of 350.9% (YoY
350.9%).
