LG Electronics Inc. (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce that the
resolution set out in the

Notice of FY 2022 Annual General Meeting circulated to shareholders were
approved at the

Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today.

 

The result of the resolution is set out below:

 

 Agenda 1 : Approval of Proposed FY 2022 Financial Statements                            Passed
